Who is responsible

CrowMind is a platform operated by Addendo Growth Partner ("we"). This policy describes how we handle the personal data you share through this website.

Access request form: full name, email, company or organization, role, and the decision you describe. We collect nothing else through forms.

Anonymous usage analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you personally.

What we use it for

To review your access request, respond to you, and — if access is granted — set up your pilot. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not request.

Who processes it

Vercel Inc. (website hosting and anonymous analytics), and a transactional form-relay service that delivers your request to our inbox. These providers process data only to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

Access requests are kept while the evaluation and any subsequent business relationship lasts. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time through the same access form, indicating "data request" in the message field. We will reply personally.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
